For example, at my favorite web host, it%26#039;s $6.95 a month, but you get billed $83.40 for the full year. Not the absolute cheapest (GoDaddy is $3.99 I think) -- but the best bang for the buck in terms of both features and support.

If you%26#039;re using it for a particular profession like mortgage broker, real estate agent, auto site, insurance, etc., look into templates specific to that industry; they advertise with the specific associations usually, but do a search too. It%26#039;ll save you a ton of update time and they%26#039;ll often keep your site updated with pertinent information (like mortgage rates) which will mean you%26#039;ll be able to do more business and work on your site less.
