I am having problem I can%26#039;t see any controle panel to start to make a website.I have used befor yahoo geocities free service .but I cant understand how to work on namecheap.

I dont use that for my hosting but I would say there has to be probably some online website builder somewhere. You can try contacting that sites support or webmaster. Otherwise, they may not offer an online site builder and you are responsible for creating and uploading content.

You will need to get a html editor to create your page.
And use a FTP software to load you page to the web server.
