If you really want to host yourself (physically) as opposed to being a reseller then one of the best is the Open Source product (free) ISPconfig. Some assembly required. A commercial ISP connection with IP addresses. Think through your security plan. (And, look for any ASP options you might want to offer. Again, assembly is required. Lot%26#039;s of options available on SourceForge.)
